Eat Junk Food

Junk food classified as food is favorite by people especially the youth. The food is very diverse, ranging from snacks to main meals including food because junk food taste delicious, fast in its presentation and food is easily found.
In details, junk food is "junk food, junk food, or food useless". These foods do not have good nutrition for the body. Consuming this food is just futile, it can even more damaging to health because of the bad impact of the positive effect on health
Consuming junk food is part of the American culture and we find the kids at this moment grew from junk foods like candy, burgers, fries, and so forth. However, the negative impact of fast food is not just a problem for America, but also other countries which imitate American culture. But junk food not only from America but Indonesia also have it.
There are different types of junk food that we encounter in everyday life ranging from fried foods, instant noodles, fatty meat food, and so forth. Consuming excessive fast food is very risky for health. Moreover, these foods contain a variety of chemicals that are not good for health. These chemicals include food coloring, preservatives, flavorings, sweeteners, fats, and others.
For example, in Indonesia alone, to society rich junk food that is consumed is food available at the restaurant - a famous fast food restaurants, such as; KFC, MC'donals and burgerking. As for the poor used to eat junk food that is usually worse because the price of food is cheap and easy to obtain and can be filling, such as; fried foods, instant noodles and meatballs sossis
The impact of junk food Junk food consumed in excess can cause various health problems, such as obesity (obesity), diabetes, hypertension (high blood pressure), hardening of the arteries (atherosclerosis), coronary heart disease, stroke, cancer and others.

• Fats
Foods high in fat, especially the bad fats found in junk food can increase the levels of fat in the blood and increases the risk of blockage of blood vessels by fatty plaque (atherosclerosis), hypertension, heart disease and cancer in the future.
• preservatives or artificial colorings and MSG
Artificial coloring agents and preservatives can damage the innervation and increase cancer risk factors. While the use of MSG (mono sodium glutamate) or flavor, which is usually found in junk food can give side effects such as redness of the skin, headache, nausea, vomiting, symptoms of asthma, shortness of breath, panic, palpitations, seizures or depression.

How to avoid the negative effects of junk food is, do not too often consume junk food, a maximum of one month, If you want to eat junk food, you should first know the nutritional content if necessary find out on junk food manufacturer's site, and avoid ordering drinks with a high sugar content such as carbonated drinks, cola or root beer. Replace your drinks with mineral water or fruit juice.
Consuming junk food increases the risk of death. For that reason, avoid these foods by consuming natural foods and doing activities that can maintain good health.
